How to Add Coaches to Your Staff Membership

Step 1: Login to your Insiders membership account.
Step 2: Click the “Manage My Account” tab in the navigation bar (which is located under the green Insiders logo at the top of the page).
Step 3: Scroll down and you will see instructions and a form to add your coaches. If you do not see this form (see the video above), then you may be logged into an Individual membership account.
Step 4: Enter the email address of the coach you want to add in the “Email” field--followed by his first name, last name, username, password and identify him with his primary coaching position (enter these in the designated fields). Next, click the “Create User” button. Hint: Coaches are finding it easier if they assign all their coaches with the same password.
Potential Problems: If you are unable to add a coach, it could be that his email address is already assigned to a different membership or the username you assigned him is already being used by someone else (in which you would enter a different username). The system will notify you of the specific issue.
Step 5: When you click the “Create User” button, the system instantly sends that coach an email containing his username and password (with login instructions). However, we recommend you also email each individual coach and let them know that you added them as well as provide their username and password.
